摘要 目的:优选白术内酯Ⅰ脂质体最佳制备工艺及处方。方法:采用薄膜分散法制备白术内酯Ⅰ脂质体,以包封率为评价指标,采用正交设计优化处方和制备工艺,采用HPLC法测定其包封率。结果:最佳处方工艺为:卵磷脂与胆固醇的质量比为6:1,卵磷脂与白术内酯Ⅰ质量比为20:1,PBS缓冲溶液pH为7.5。结论:经优化得到的白术内酯Ⅰ脂质体处方合理,工艺可行,包封率较高。 Objective: To optimize the prescription and preparation of atractylenolide I liposomes. Method: Atractylenolide I lipo- somes were prepared by film dispersion method. The encapsulation efficiency was taken as inspection target and the preparation of lip- somes were optimized by orthogonal design. HPLC was used to determine the encapsulation efficiency. Result: The best prescription was as follow:the ratio of egg phospholipids to cholesterol and egg phospholipids to atractylenolide I was 6:1 and 20: 1, respectively, and the pH of phosphate buffer solution was 7.5. Conclusion: The optimized formulation of atractylenolide I liposomes is reasonable in pre- scription, practicable in technology, high in encapsulation efficiency.
