HPLC测定畅脉胶囊中丹参酮Ⅱ_A的含量

Determination of TanshinoneⅡ_A in Changmai Capsules by HPLC

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定畅脉胶囊中丹参酮Ⅱ_A含量的方法。方法:采用Kromasil C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(85:15)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长270 nm。结果:丹参酮Ⅱ_A的线性范围为0.21～1.70μg(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为99.7%(RSD=1.41%,n=9)。结论:方法简便、准确,可作为畅脉胶囊的质量控制依据。

Objective ： To establish a method for determination the content of tanshinone ⅡA in changmai capsules by HPLC. Method： The Kromasil C18 （250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm） column was used,the methanol-water （85： 15） as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 ml.min-1 ,the detection wavelength was 270 nm. Result： The linear range of tanshinone Ⅱ A was 0. 21-1.70μg,r =0. 999 7, the average recovery was 99. 7% （RSD = 1.41% ,n =9）. Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate,it can be used for quality control of tanshinone Ⅱ A in Changmai capsules.
