Design and Construction of Foundation Pit Retaining of ShengLi Hotel in Wuhan

针对武汉胜利饭店深基坑极为复杂的地质条件和周边环境,采用排桩支护、高压旋喷桩侧止水、钢筋网喷混凝土支护的联合支护方案,保证基坑施工和周边建筑物及地下管线的安全,降低工程成本,缩短工期,可为类似工程的设计与施工提供借鉴。

Because of complicated geological conditions and neighboring environment in the site of foundation pit of ShengLi Hotel in Wuhan,the combined supporting method was adopted with row-pile,high-pressure jet grouting pile and mesh reinforecement with shotcrete,the security of construction of deep foundation pit,surrounding buildings and underground utilities was ensured,and the economic and social benefits was achieved by lowering cost and shortened construction period,which was provides feasible experience in design and construction for similar project.
