摘要
对哈尔滨玻璃钢研究院研制的湿法片材实验样品与日本ケ-ブラシ-ト株式会社生产的湿法片材KPシ-ト产品的力学性能差异进行了分析比较。通过简单的力学单元模型分析发现,两种GMT片材中纤维的分散程度的差异是直接导致测试结果差异的主要原因。而KPシ-ト产品的纤维分散方式尽管损失了材料部分拉伸强度性能,但可以间接提高树脂分子量和纤维含量,提高了片材的综合力学性能,降低了片材的制作难度,提高了材料剪切、弯曲、冲击强度的同时降低了材料的工艺难度和制造成本。这种采用反向思维的材料研发模式,为进行新材料的研发提供了别具一格的思路。
This article analyzed mechanical properties of two kinds of wet process GMT sheet sample,one is KPシ-トfrom ケ-ブラシ-トcompany of Japan,the other from Harbin FRP Institutes.Analyzing through model of mechanical,we find that the difference in test result of two samples is only caused by the fiber dispersion level.Though KPシ-ト have lower tensile property,its process can help level up the molecular weight of resin,the content of fiber,strengthen the property of shearing,bending,impacting and reduce the difficulty of process and cost.The process of KPシ-トgives us a distinguished train of thought of developing new material.
