摘要
对S5050型涤纶纤维土工格栅进行20℃、10℃、0℃、-10℃和-20℃的拉伸试验,得到各温度条件下的应力应变关系曲线,并进行对比分析,结论如下:①在0℃以上的正温环境中,涤纶格栅极限强度和伸长率变化不大;②涤纶格栅极限强度受低温的影响不大,强度损失较小;③涤纶格栅极限应变受温度影响较大,材料低温变脆。
Tensile properties of S5050 polyester geogrids were tested in laboratory at the temperature of 20 ℃、10 ℃、0 ℃、-10 ℃、-20 ℃ and the stress-strain curve at various temperatures was obtained.Through analysing the results,the conclusion is found that: ①When the temperature is above 0 ℃,the ultimate bearing strength and ultimate extensibility have little change;②Temperature has little effect on polyester geogrids and the strength loss has little change;③The ultimate stress of polyester geogrids is sensitive to low temperature and it becomes crispily and extensibility at low temperature.
