摘要
本文介绍了一种基于FPGA的井喷专家智能电气控制系统设计原理和方法。针对本文提出的原理,以VHDL编程的形式搭建了基于Avalon的PWM用户外设。对PID控制器,给出了智能推理规则和专家自适应控制的流程图,实现了对PID控制器的智能控制。本文给出的方案无论从实验室模拟和现场实验,该方案都明显优于传统控制,响应时间明显小于0.25s,无超调,动态稳定,达到了设计要求。
The paper introduces the design principle of an intelligent electrical expert control system for well blowout based on FPGA.The PWM user peripheral equipment is set up with VHDL program based on Avalo.The flow chart of the intellectual inference rule and expert self-adaption control is given out to realize intelligent control of PID controller.It is showed from laboratory simulation and field experiment that this scheme is superior to the traditional control. Response time is less than 0.25s without overshoot. It is stable dynamically and can meet to the design requirements.
