摘要
热油管道停输降温过程是输油管道中最常见的现象,掌握其降温规律对确定安全停输时间、再启动方案和停输检修安排都有着十分重要的意义。利用FLUENT软件对水下及架空热油管道停输温降过程进行了数值模拟,分析了管内不同位置、不同初始温度条件、不同管径条件下的油温变化过程,得出了与实际吻合较好的温降曲线。通过模拟发现,温降过程可分为三个阶段,初始温度越高或管径越大时,到达曲线转折点的时间越长。水下与架空热油管道的温降曲线相似,只有在第二、三阶段曲线间距相差不到1℃。
The temperature drop process of hot oil pipeline is a common phenomenon in transport pipelines. To know the temperature drop law has important significance to determine safe shutdown time, restart scheme and repair arrange.The temperature drop process of subaqueous and overhead hot oil pipelines after shutdown is simulated with FLUENT software. The oil temerature change process of different position, initial temperature, pipe diameter is analyzed and a temperature drop curve is got inosculating with practice.It is found through simulation that temperature drop process can be divided into three phase. The higher initial temperature is or the bigger pipe diameter is,the longer the curve break reaches.Subaqueous pipeline curve is similar to the overhead one, but there is less than 1℃ difference in the second and third phases.
