摘要
分析了锁相技术的基本工作原理,剖析了锁相环路工作时的两个基本过程.将该项技术运用于一齿轮箱中齿轮故障的实例诊断时,作为时域平均处理的外采样时钟、可消除转速不均的影响,并取得满意的结果.
The basic principles of phaselock techniques are analysed.Two elementary working course of phaselock loop are dissected.When the techniques are applied to on-the-spot diagnosis on malfunctional gears in a gearbox,they act as the external clock when sampling in time domain average analysis.Efects of uneven ratating speed can be eliminated,and satisfactory results were obtained.
