Three process units, i. e. the gasification unit, the syngas purification unit and the methanol unit of the coal-toolefin project at the Shenhua Baotou Plant approved by the State Development Reform Commission have been handed over to the owner after mechanical completion of construction, which symbolized major progress in the project construction to lay a good foundation for the precommissioning of chemical units slated for May 2010.
