高校离退休职工家庭小药箱使用及认知情况调查

Investigation of the knowledge and use knowledge of home medicine boxes among college retired staff members

目的了解高校离退休职工家庭小药箱使用情况及对基本药品知识掌握情况。方法对400户高校离退休职工家庭进行实地考察和问卷调查,了解职工家庭小药箱品种、标签、有效期、储存方法、药品使用的相关知识及实际储存状况。结果 100.00%的家庭均有小药箱,平均每户储存药品15.30种;252户家庭的药品储存环境不当,115户家庭药品无标签或包装不完整,120户家庭存有过期药品;药品储存相关知识回答比实际存放及使用正确率高。结论要加强对高校离退休职工家庭小药箱储存、使用及相关知识的宣传和管理。

Objective To understand the situation of knowledge and use of home medicine boxes among college retired staff members. Method Totally 400 families of the college retired staff members were involved and surveyed about drugs type, label and period of validity, knowledge of drug storage and use methods, and practical storage conditions. Observation and questionnaire survey were adopted in this study. Results The results showed that all involved families had home medicine boxes with average 15.30 kinds of drugs. There were 252 families that stored drugs in inappropriate conditions, and 115 families that had some drugs without labels or complete packages, and 120 families that had over expired drugs. The knowledge of storage of drugs were better than their practical behaviors. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen health education about home medicine boxes storage and usage among college retired staff members.
