高压变频器在矿山双吸离心泵上的应用

Application of Higt-voltage Inverter in the Mines of Double-suction Centrifugal Pump

本文着重介绍JD-BP38-450F高压变频器在广东东源县坚基矿业卧式单级中开式双吸离心泵上的变频节能增效情况。结果表明,采用高压变频器对卧式单级中开式双吸离心泵进行调速节能,具有投资省、见效快等特点。

This paper focuses on the JD-BP38-450F of high voltage inverter based mining Caine Dongyuan County in Guangdong, horizontal single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump in open frequency on the energy efficiency gains. The results show that using high voltage inverter of horizontal single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump in the open for control and energy saving, with less investment, quick returns and so on.
