摘要
可逆轧机道次功率分配复杂,不合理容易出现电机过载堆钢甚至损坏轧机,本文采用人工智能功率校核技术解决了上述问题,程序中自动比较修正负荷技术先进,采用自动增加轧制道次自动计算的设计办法。该技术对于可逆轧机传动设计有着很好借鉴意义。
Due to complicate power splitting of reversible rolling mill gate, unreasonable application may cause steel overloading on mill or may even damage rolling mill. This paper uses artificial intelligence power output test on solving the above problem. Automatic comparison and amendment load advanced technology in the program adopts automatic computational design on automatic increase of run pass. This technology has important value for reversible rolling mill transmission design.
