目的:介绍古巴全民医保的概况,以期为我国的医疗卫生体制改革提供参考。方法:总结实地参观访谈见闻及综合文献资料。结果和结论:古巴作为一个社会主义国家,几十年来,利用非常有限的资源,因地制宜,实现了以社区医疗卫生为基础的全民医保,取得了令全世界震惊的成果。其具体政策和措施值得我国借鉴。

Objective： Introducing Cuba＇s Universal HeaRth Insurance System generally, to provide reference to our country＇s health system reform. Methods： Summarizing information of personal＇s visit and literature interviews. Results and Conclusion： As a socialist country, Cuba takes advantage of very limited resources, and adjusts measures to local conditions, achieves a community healthcare-based universal health insurance, and has achieved the amazing results for decades. Their specific policies and measures can be borrowed by us.
