摘要
今后出现的冶金方法必须符合可持续发展的观点,即研究开发无公害、少污染、低消耗的清洁工艺。从分离提取复杂矿、低品位矿以及有利于环境保护的观点来看,湿法冶金具有广阔的发展前景,但传统湿法冶金存在流程长、能耗高的缺陷。本文着重分析湿法冶金产生这两个缺陷的原因,并介绍一种新的冶金方法———矿浆电解,它具有流程短、能耗低、金属分离好及有利于环境保护等显著优点,经过长时间的研究。
The metallurgical processes in future must conform to the concept of sustainable economic development,that is,researching and developing clean technology with free-pollution and low consumption.Hydrometallurgy has broad prospect on extraction and separation of metals from complex ores and low-grade ores,bring the processes into correspondence with environment protection.But the traditional hydrometallurgy has two main disadvantages:longer procedure and higher energy consumption.This paper analysed the reasons of producing two disadvantages above and introduced a new metallurgical method——slurry electrolysis.It has remarkable advantages of simplified flowsheet,lower energy consumption,high separation efficiency of metals and benefit to environment protection.After a long-term research period,the slurry electrolysis process has applied commercial scale plant.
