摘要
硼铁矿通过特殊的高炉冶炼工艺制度，生产出含硼约１％的生铁及Ｂ２Ｏ３＞１２％的富硼渣。富硼渣出炉时采用缓冷处理成为制取硼砂或硼酸的优质原料。该工艺流程短、投资少、能耗低、产量大、生产连续化。
Pig iron containing 1% boron and boron-rich slag containing B 2O 3>12% are made from ludwigite with special blast-furnace smelting technological system.Boron-rich slag after mild cold treatment is the high quality raw material for producing borax and boric acid.The advantages of this process are as follows:simplified process,less investment,higher production,lower energy consumption as well as more remarkable economical and social benefits.
