手术室护士工作压力因素分析及对策

目的:了解手术室护士工作中的主要压力因素,并探讨减轻手术室护士职业压力的对策。方法:采用自填式问卷调查方法对28名手术室工作的护士进行调查。结果:手术室护士工作压力因素按其严重程度依次为工作负荷、管理因素、复杂人际关系、不良工作环境、护士自身因素。结论:手术室护士存在的职业压力因素不能忽视,建议从合理调整护士工作强度,实行人性化管理,加强自我防护,提高护士的综合素质,加强沟通交流和法律知识学习,增强维权意识等方面来减轻护士工作压力及改善身心健康。

Objective：to understand the main operating nurse, and relieve stress factors of occupational stress nurse. Methods： Using selfadministered questionnaire method for 28 operating nurses were investigated. Resuits ： Nurse work according to the severity of the stress factors for working load and managerial factors, interpersonal relationship, and complex bad working conditions, nurse themselves. Conclusion： the nurse of occupational stress factors cannot ignore, Suggestions from rationally adjust the nurses working intensity and humane management, strengthen and improve the nurse self - protection, to strengthen the comprehensive quality of communication and legal knowledge, enhance the rights to relieve the pressure of work and improve nurse physical and mental health.
