社区医院5508张门诊处方用药分析

目的:分析本中心门诊处方用药情况,找到存在的问题,促进合理用药。方法:随机抽取南岸社区卫生服务中心2008年1～12月门诊处方5508张,对处方逐一审查,进行统计分析。结果:5508张处方中,平均处方金额为57.77元,处方平均品种数2.90种;处方中注射剂使用率为33.98%;抗菌药物使用率为38.30%。抗菌药一联应用占43.61%,二联应用占56.39%,无三联以上用药处方。不合理用药占6.57%。结论:用药情况基本合理。本社区中心患者人均药费控制在较低水平。对存在的不合理用药现象应加以改进。

Objectives： To analyze the prescribed medication at the clinic service of our center to find out the problems to promote rational use of drugs. Methods： Five thousand five hundred eight outpatient prescriptions from January to December of 2008 at clinic service were collected to perform statistical analyses. Results：The average amount of 5508 prescriptions were 57.77 yuan, in which there were on average 2.90 kinds of species. In the prescriptions, the utilization of injections were 33.98%, that of antibacterials 38. 30%. Single used antibacterials accounted for 43.61%, 2 combined for 56. 39%, no 3 combined were noted, and irrational medications for 6. 57%. Conclusions ： The medications are basically reasonable in our center. Per capita drug expenses are controlled at relatively low level. Some irrational drug use should be improved.
