重视创伤后脓毒症的外科诊治 被引量：9

摘要 创伤是30岁以下人群死亡的首要原因，占全部人群死亡原因的第三位。尽管随着创伤救治网络的完善、院外救治技术的进步及损害控制策略的普遍应用，低体温、酸中毒及凝血功能障碍等危及严重创伤患者生命的并发症已有所减少，伤后24h的病死率大幅降低，但创伤患者极易发生各类感染等并发症，创伤后由脓毒症及多器官功能衰竭引起的病死率仍然高达45％。
