脾外伤后假性动脉瘤及动静脉瘘形成的诊治

摘要
69％90％的脾外伤可以通过非手术治疗而痊愈，但延迟发生的一些并发症常可危及生命，如脾动脉假性动脉瘤（splenic artery pseudoaneurysm，SAP）及脾动静脉瘘（splenic arteriovenous fistula，SAVF）形成破裂出血等。本文通过对相关临床病例及文献的复习作一综述，以期提高临床医师对其诊治的认识。
