负压封闭引流技术治疗严重软组织损伤的疗效及手术技巧 被引量:2

摘要 严重创伤急救时,外科医师将救治重点放在致命性损伤上,对软组织损伤的处理常被忽视,或虽经初期处理软组织损伤后,但却留有不能或不宜闭合的创面或创腔。如何修复和暂时封闭创面,防止感染等并发症发生,促进功能恢复是外科医师面临的重大挑战。
