Research on Pharmacodynamics of Ibuprofen Spray

目的:对布洛芬喷雾剂与布洛芬片剂进行药效学比较。方法:应用布洛芬喷雾剂和布洛芬片剂观察对小鼠的镇痛作用。结果:布洛芬喷雾剂的镇痛作用比布洛芬片剂起效更快,作用更强。结论:布洛芬喷雾剂药效比布洛芬片剂好。

Objective：To make a Pharmaceutical comparison between Ibuprofen spray and Ibuprofen tablet.Methods：Using Ibuprofen spray and Ibuprofen tablet,we observed the analgesic effect on mice＇s pain.Results：Ibuprofen spray is quicker and better than Ibuprofen tablet in the aspect of analgesic effect.Conclusions：Ibuprofen spray had an advantage of Pharmacodynamics over Ibuprofen tablet.
