前列腺粘液腺癌的研究进展

前列腺粘液腺癌(MC)是一种比较少见的前列腺癌,发病多见于老年人,病因目前尚不明确。其临床症状与前列腺增生及前列腺腺泡癌相似,常易被误诊,故确诊有赖于病理诊断,分泌大量粘液为其病理学特点。治疗手段以外科手术及内分泌治疗为主。对于该病的报道较少,本文就其发病概况、病因、病理、诊断及治疗等最新进展作一综述。

Mucinous adenocarcinoma is a relatively rare prostate cancer. It is more common in the elderly man and the cause of it is unclear. Its clinical symptoms are similar to benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostate cancer,so it is often easily misdiagnosed. Therefore,its diagnosis depends on pathological diagnosis. Its pathological features is a large number of mucus secretion. Surgery and hormonal therapy are main treatment of it. For the less reporting on the disease,the latest developments of its incidence,etiology,pathology,diagnosis and treatment are reviewed in our article.
