摘要
介绍了寿王坟铜矿在铁精矿降硫多方案的探索试验基础上,确定了铁粗精矿再磨反浮选磁选的工艺流程,采用了硫代硫酸钠、水玻璃、硫酸按协同作用原理配制的NH降硫药剂,试验研究了药剂用量、pH值、温度、搅拌时间对降硫结果的影响,获得了铁精矿含硫降为<03%,有效地提高了铁精矿等级。
On the exploratary basis of various alternatives for the sulpur reduction of iron concentrates of Shouwangfen Copper Mine,the technological flowsheet of rougher iron concentrate regrinding reverse flotation magnetic separation is selected,which uses NH sulphur reduction reagent prepared on the principle of coordination by sodium thiosulphate,sodium silicate and sulphuric acid.The effects of the reagent dosage,pH value,temperature and agitation time on the sulphur reduction were investigated.An iron concentrate with a sulphur content reduced to lower than 0.3% was obtained and the iron concentrate class was effectively improved.
