经皮椎间盘旋切术+臭氧联合治疗椎间盘突出症疗效观察

The Clinical Utility with Percutaneous Diskectomy and Injecting Ozone in the Treatment of Lumbar Herniated Disk

目的探讨经皮穿剌椎间盘旋切术+医用臭氧治疗椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法60例腰椎间盘突出症患者先行椎间盘旋切术,同时经套管向椎间盘内注入臭氧气体10～20mL及盘外软组织注入臭氧气体10～15mL,观察其疗效。结果60例患者随访1～6个月,总有效率达95%,其中显效率达80%,有效率达15%,无效5%,未发生任何并发症。结论经皮椎间盘旋切术+臭氧治疗椎间盘突出症是一种安全有效的方法,它创伤小、见效快、费用低,并放宽了微创治疗椎间盘突出症适应证。

Objective To evaluate the effect of percutaneous puncture disc atherectomy ＋ medical ozone treat the disc herniation. Methods 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation in treatment with disc atherectomy,at the same time injected ozone gas 10-20ml through the cannula into the intradiscal and 10 -15mL into the soft tissue,then to observe the effect. Results Of the 60 patients were followed up for 1- 6 months,with a total effective rate was 95% ,of which up to 80% markedly effective, 15% is efficient,5% is invalid,without any complications. Conclusion Pereutaneous disc athereetomy ＋ ozone treatment of intervertehral disc herniation is a safe and effective method. It is invasive,qnick ,low cost, and to relax the minimally invasive treatment of disc herniation indications.
