摘要
医院文化是由某个医院工作人员构成的特殊社会群体。"医院人"在对相关知识进行传承、整理、交流和创新的过程中,形成的一种与大众文化或其他社会文化既有联系又有区别的文化传统,它具有自己鲜明的独特性。本文结合北京肿瘤医院近几年来的医院文化建设的实践过程,总结了医院在文化建设过程中取得的经验。
Hospital culture is a kind of culture tradition formed in the process of hospital staffs＇ transmission, collating, sharing and innovation of relevant knowledge, both related with and different from popular culture or other socio-cultural, with its own distinct uniqueness. This article combined the practice of hospital cultural development in recent years, and summed up the experience in the culture building.
