摘要
简述了柔性管理的含义及特征,探讨将这一风靡全球的管理理念应用到图书馆管理中。论述了柔性管理运用到图书馆管理中决策者应树立的人本管理、能本管理、建立激励机制三个基本理念。
In this paper, it is stated for applying flexible management into management of library based on introducing the signification and characteristic of flexible management. We also discuss that decision-maker would set three basic ideas, which include people oriented management, ability management and inspiriting principle, in the process of applying flexible managetnent into management of library.
