摘要
18U型支护钢通过调质处理，综合性能大幅度提高，调质后的支护钢比热轧状态支护钢的抗弯强度提高2倍以上，从而可以用小截面的U型钢代替大截面的U型钢，适当加大棚距，节省钢材。
Afer quenched and tempered the overall properties of 18U support steelare greatly improved, bending strength of the steel is 2 times as great as that of sup-port stee heat roll. Consequently, we can replace the big section's U steel by the smallsection, properiy increasing the sheld distance, and using less steel.
