职业体验与访谈在护理本科生职业生涯设计中的作用

Effect of vocational experience and interview on career design for nursing undergraduates

目的探讨职业体验与访谈在护理本科生职业生涯设计中的作用。方法对山东中医药大学护理学院2007级120名本科生，在其大学第2个暑假结合《山东中医药大学护理学院二年级暑期见习报告》进行职业体验与访谈，并进行问卷调查。结果通过职业体验与访谈，护理本科生职业生涯设计能力（深入护理职业的了解、确定自身职业目标和明确自我职业设计计划3方面）有了显著提高（P〈0．01）。结论职业体验与访谈有利于提高护理本科生的职业生涯设计能力，能有效促进护理本科生的合理就业和优质就业，应积极开展本科生职业体验和访谈。

Objective To investigate the effect of vocational experience and interview on professional career design for nursing undergraduates,and to analyze its function and meaning. Methods Combined with Summer Vacation Noviciate Report of Nursing College ,Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, 120 nursing undergraduates enrolling in 2007 received vocational experience and interview in their second summer holiday. A questionnaire survey about the ability of professional career design was conducted in the students before and after interview. Results After vocational experience and interview, the nursing undergraduates improved their abilities of professional career design,including the understanding of the nursing profession,setting their own professional aims and planning their own professional design （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Vocational experience and interview can help nursing undergraduates to design their future career and improve the students＇ reasonable employment,so vocational experience and interview should be carried out positively.
