摘要
目的探讨护理本科生临床实习阶段的教学方法。方法调查47名护理本科生对循证护理知识的认识情况,针对影响认知因素对这些护理本科生采用循证护理教学方法,比较教学前后学生评判性思维能力及有关循证护理知识认知水平。结果教学后对循证护理相关知识及评判性思维各项特质得分均比教学前高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);教育后专科理论成绩比教育前提高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论循证护理教学法有利于学生评判性思维能力的提高,促进专科知识的掌握。
Objective To explore the teaching methods in clinical practice teaching for nursing undergraduates. Methods Totally 47 nursing undergraduates were investigated on evidence-based nursing knowledge,and they were taught by the evidence-based nursing teaching method according to the influencing factors. The critical thinking ability and cognitive levels of evidence-based nursing were compared before and after teaching interventions. Results There were significant differences before and after teaching interventions in all of critical thinking disposition scores (P〈0.01),and there were significant differences before and after teaching interventions in specialized theory scores (P〈0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing teaching method helps to improve students' critical thinking ability and promote the acquisition of specialized nursing knowledge.
