摘要 建立排风藤干燥全草中番茄碱含量的RP-HPLC测定法。方法:色谱柱为YMC-Pack ODS-AA(150 × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm),以乙腈-水体系洗脱,检测波长203 nm,流速1 mL·min-1, 柱温30 ℃。结果:在线性范围内 (0. 1- 0. 6 mg · mL-1) 番茄碱对照品的标准曲线呈良好的线性关系( r = 0. 999 7 ), 排风藤中番茄碱的质量分数为0.23%,RSD 2. 5 %;平均回收率为98. 93%,RSD1. 2 %。结论:可通过RP-HPLC法测定排风藤干燥全草中番茄碱的含量, 为排风藤药材质量控制提供了可行的方法。 Objective: To develog an HPLC method determination of the tomatine in the dried Solanum cathayanum of China Hubei Enshi . Method: The analysis was performed on YMC-Pack ODS-AA(150 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm)eluted with of acetonitrile and waterin gradient mode. The concentration of acetonitrile in the mobile phase changes from 20% to 100% within 60 minutes. The detection wavelength was set 203 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL· mL-1 and column temperature was set at 30 ℃. Result: The linear relationships of the tomatine was determined within the range from 0.1 mg · mL-1 - 0.6 mg · mL-1 (r = 0. 999 7). Using the method above, the contents of the tomatine were determined as 0.23%, with the recoveries as 98. 93% with RSD 1. 2%. Conclusion: A convenient and reliable method was developed to determine the content of the tomatine in the dried Solanum cathayanum.
