摘要 在高潜水位矿区,采用预垫矸石振压密实用于建筑地基,采用新型基础下铺砂垫层,设计建造抗采动抗震二层农房627 户,6.87 万m 2,建筑结构采用有限元分析优化设计,测得矸石地基反力变化新规律,农房经受Ⅲ级采动变形考验未受破坏,抗震性能检测仍符合7~8 度地震设防要求。 In the mining area with high groundwater table,construction foundations are prepared with compacted coal refuse layers on top of a sand layer.With this method 627 2-storey village houses totalling 68700 square meters in floor space have been successfully built.The houses resistant to mining-induced disturbance and earthquake are optimum designed in structure on the basis of finite-element analysis.The law governing the change of reacting force of refuse foundation has been brought to light.The houses remain undamaged when subjected to the disturbance due to a class III ground deformation,and their earthquake-resistant performance conforms to the standard for guarding against an earthquake with intensity of 7-8
