荆门市地矿局为确保矿产资源补偿费足额征收到位，采取了宣传教育、健全制度、加强稽查监督和征管队伍建设等做法，收到良好效果。
In order to ensure that royalty for mineral resources can be imposed sufficiently, the bureau took some measures such as propaganda and education, amplifying regulations, strengthening check and supervision and training staff of imposition and management. These measures achieve good results.
