摘要
对超临界600MW汽轮机调节阀进行二维非定常数值模拟计算,分析了调节阀由30%开度至100%开度的开启过程中的流动特性。给出了调节阀开启过程中阀门流场的变化情况,为阀门的设计提供了理论依据。
This paper conducts numerical simulation calculation for 2D flow in governing valve of 600MW supercritical steam turbine and makes analysis on the flow characteristics of governing valve in the process from 30% opening to 100% opening. It shows the opening process and flexible change of valves, which provides the theoretic base for valve design.
