摘要
对某磨床厂在生产中出现的头架漏油、头架跳闸等故障进行分析研究,认为故障根本原因是头架的轴承盖结构不合理,并进行了改进。经一年多的生产实践检验和用户使用跟踪显示,完全排除了漏油、跳闸故障。
In this paper, headstock oil leakage and tripping occurred in a kind of grinder. The analysis showed that the unreasonable structure of hearing cap was the fault cause. It had been found that the improved structure completely eliminated the oil leakage and tripping.
