摘要
为分析不同结构绝缘子在华南地区直流输电线路使用后的积污情况,在±500 kV高肇直流线路经过广东省内的轻污秽区,设置污秽测量点,对带电运行1~3 a后的不同伞形结构(三伞型和钟罩型)直流线路绝缘子的污秽度进行了测量。测量结果表明:在相似的运行环境中,三伞型绝缘子的积污程度轻于钟罩型绝缘子;耐张串绝缘子的积污程度轻于直线串绝缘子;绝缘子表面积污多年期积高于1 a期。此外,雨水对绝缘子表面污秽具有清洁作用。研究成果有助于分析广东地区(甚至整个华南地区)直流线路绝缘子的积污规律,为直流输电线污秽外绝缘的设计和绝缘子的使用提供依据。
Test points were selected on the ±500 kV Gao-Zhao DC transmission line in light polluted areas in Guangdong province of PR China.Pollution levels were tested and represented with the equivalent salt deposit density(ESDD) and non-soluble deposit density(NSDD) after one-year,two-year or three-year polluted cycles.Test samples included fog type porcelain insulator,and outer-rib porcelain insulator(with three sheds).The pollution deposited performance showing on various insulator types reveals that,in the same environment,the pollution level of outer-rib porcelain insulator is lighter than the fog type,the pollution levels of tesion insulators is lighter than the linear string.The test results can be used to analyze the pollution deposited performance of DC line insulator in Guangdong,even in the entire South China,and to direct the insulation design and the insulator selection on the DC transmission line.
