长行程断路器操动用新型磁力机构 被引量:10

New Type Magnetic Force Actuator (MFA) for Long Stroke Circuit Breaker

摘要 为实现高压断路器的同号开断,提出一种新型磁力操动机构,它可以以较小的体积来实现大行程操动的工作。在介绍了新型磁力机构的结构后对其进行数学建模并采用ANSYS进行磁力线、磁感应强度、磁力和静态保持力等的仿真。研制出小型试验样机,并对该小型样机的受力和运动速度进行测试。仿真和试验表明,新型磁力机构适用于长行程断路器的操动中。 A new type magnetic force actuator(MFA) which will be used in circuit breaker is presented.The structure of MFA which can realize long stroke operation with small volume is introduced and analyzed by mathematics model.ANSYS is performed to simulate magnetic line of force,magnetic induction intensity,magnetic force,static holding force and so on.A small experimental prototype is developed where magnetic force and movement speed are done.According to simulation and test,it is confirmed that this new type MFA can be well used in long stroke circuit breaker.
