信息化教学设计是通过充分地、恰当地利用现代信息技术和信息资源,科学地安排教学过程的各个环节和要素,以实现教学过程的优化。信息化教学设计中,教师关注的重心应该是通过将信息技术有效地融合于各学科的教学过程来营造一种新型教学环境,以实现一种能充分体现学生主体地位的以"自主、探究、合作"为特征的学习方式。

Information-based instructional design is to arrange scientifically all the aspects of teaching through the full and proper use of modern information technology and information resources to achieve the teaching process optimization.In information-based instructional design,teachers should focus on creating a new type of teaching and learning environment through the effective integration of information technology in the teaching process to achieve a full reflection of student＇s status with ＂independent,inquiring,cooperation ＂characteristics.
