The Study on the International Competitive Power of Hunan Animation Industry Cluster Based on "Diamond Model"

近年,湖南省的动漫产业发展迅速,目前已初步形成集创作、研发、制作、加工、出版、发行、教育培训、播出和衍生产品开发等于一体的完整产业体系,处于集群发展的初级阶段。湖南动漫产业集群具有一定的竞争能力,但仍然存在不少问题,唯有扬长避短,发挥已有优势,发掘潜在优势,才能进一步提高自己的国际竞争力。

Hunan animation industry has developed rapidly in recent years,at present it has just formed a complete industrial system focused on creation,R D,production,processing,publishing,distribution,education training,broadcasting and derivative products development.It is in the junior stage of industrial cluster developing.Although Hunan animation industrial cluster has some competitiveness,there is still a great number of problems with it.We have to make best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantages to further develop the international competitive power of Hunan animation industry cluster.
