本文从研讨创新型企业内涵入手,探讨了创新型企业应具备的基本特征,运用层次分析法和模糊决策理论,设计了创新型企业的多因素层次综合评价指标体系和评价模型。

The author researched into the connotation of the Innovative Enterprises,probed the basic features possessed by the Innovative Enterprises,and designed the Assessment Indicator System and the evaluation model of the erarchical multifactor and overall merit by using analytic hierarchy process（AHP） and theory of fuzzifying decision-making.
