摘要 By December 19 2009, annual output of Changqing Oilfield located in western China surpassed 30 million tons oil equivalent, only second to Daqing Oilfield. Changqing Oilfield has the most late-development advantage in oil and gas growth and it has become China's important strategic energy replacement area and the hub of onshore natural gas network. So it is irreplaceable in ensuring national energy security and developing the western region.
