摘要
扩大选人用人民主,提高选人用人公信度,是干部制度改革的关键所在,也是我们党提高自身执政能力、保持马克思主义执政党先进性、巩固党的执政地位的必然要求。依照《决定》精神,坚持德才兼备、以德为先的用人标准;完善干部选拔任用机制,扩大选人用人民主;加大干部"公选"力度,使其从干部选拔任用的辅助形式变为主渠道,才能树立"以公论识人才,靠能力定取舍,重实绩用干部"的用人导向,形成充满活力的选人用人机制,促进优秀人才脱颖而出。
