On Chen Yun’s Thought of Municipal Administration——Taking Take-over of Shenyang for Example

1948年,陈云领导了对沈阳的全面接管和恢复发展,创造了"沈阳经验"。从市政管理学的角度,深刻理解陈云关于引导城市发展、治理城市建设、规范城市秩序、完善城市服务的经验做法,对当今继续推进"四位一体"建设目标和城市化进程,具有重要的启示。

Chen Yun has led the work of comprehensive take-over and reconstruction as well as development of Shenyang in 1948, which was regarded as ＂Shenyang Experience＂. From the study aspect on municipal administration, with the deep understanding on what Chen Yun has practiced on guidance of city development, management of city construction, regulating city orders and improving city service, it must promote a great enlightenment to continue pushing the process of the city construction characterized as ＂Four El- ements in One＂.
