领导者要善用媒体提升应急传播能力

摘要 随着我国改革开放的深入和市场经济的发展,各层面的领导者必须经常与公众进行信息的沟通与交流活动,采取恰当有效的方式和手段进行信息的传递交流。通过新闻媒介向社会传递组织信息是树立领导形象的有效手段。这时的领导者是一种特定的社会媒介角色,代表着一种使命的化身,一种理想的象征,一种意志的凝聚,一种民族的形象。正因如此,如何在新闻媒体上树立领导者的良好形象,提升传播能力,已经提到领导者的议事日程。具有现代意识的领导干部,应善于主动运用传播媒介,树立良好形象,特别要提升领导应急传播能力,进而实现领导目标。 With the deepening of China's reforming -opening up and development of the market economy, the leaders at all levels have chance to deal with domestic and foreign media on television more and more. At this time the leader is a specific social role, on behalf of the embodiment of a mission, an ideal symbol of a determination and a image of a nation. As a result, how to establish a good image on the news media to enhance the power of spreading of the leaders' has been referred to the leaders' agenda. The leaders with modem sense should actively be good at using the mass media to establish a good image and enhance the power of spreading of the leaders' to achieve the leaders'objectives.
