摘要
中浦院作为一所创新型的国家级干部院校,积极探索符合学院自身特点和办学规律的后勤管理社会化模式。模式的核心要素就是要摒弃传统的行政领导体制下的思维方式,建立市场经济条件下股东和企业之间的新型经济关系,促使学院办学成本最优化。
China Executive Leadership Academy Pudong as an innovative state-level leadership institutions, and actively explore the characteristics and meet the insitution own school laws of the logistical management of social patterns. Model is to abandon the core elements of the leadership of the traditional administrative system way of thinking, establish a market economy under the conditions of shareholders and the new economic relations between enterprises, enabling the College, operating cost optimization.
