摘要
基于N-S方程应用标准的k-ε湍流模型对高速开式离心泵进行三维湍流数值模拟,得到了流道内的压力场、速度场的变化规律,揭示了回流等流动现象,验证了液流冲击、流动不均匀和回流是开式叶轮效率低的主要原因;通过对蜗壳进口速度和压力沿周向分布的分析看出分布呈现明显的波动特征,验证了叶轮与蜗壳的干扰所造成的周向流动的不均匀性是非常强烈的。预测出其性能曲线,计算与试验结果吻合良好,证明该计算方法具有较高的可靠性。
Using the standard k—εturbulent model and the Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Storkes equations,the three-dimensional turbulent flow fields in centrifugal pump with open impeller are analyzed numerically.The information of the flow field in open-impeller centrifugal pump is obtained through the analysis of velocity distribution,static pressure distribution and the internal flow characteristic.It is founded that there exists back flow in the channel of open impeller.The numerical simulation results show that the impact and non-uniformity of the flow is the main reason of low efficiency for open-impeller centrifugal pump.Also,the fierce non-uniform circumferential flow for the action between impeller and volute is verified from obvious fluctuation of inlet velocity and circumferential pressure of the volute.The high reliability of numerical simulation can be testified by that the performance curves of numerical simulation and experiment are in good agreement.
