摘要
为满足光缆动态损耗测量系统宽动态范围和高灵敏度的要求,本文提出一种新的光检测及放大电路设计。单端光检测及放大电路应用广泛,结构简单,但难以抑制电路的共模噪声。新设计将光检测器和放大器通过对称结构搭建差分电路,达到了更高的光检测灵敏度和抗共模噪声性能。它充分考虑了前端电路各种噪声源,采用合理的元器件和电路设计抵消了大部分共模噪声。通过实验证明该电路提高了测量系统的灵敏度。新电路已成功应用于光功率信号系统的光电转换电路中。
A new circuit design of photodetector and pre-amplifier is proposed to meet the wide dynamic range and high sensitivity requirements of an optical fiber dynamic loss measurement system.Single photo-detector and pre-amplifier circuits have the advantages of simple configuration and wide applications,but there are common mode noises.The new design achieves higher sensitivity and better common mode noise immunity by implementing differential circuit of photo-detector and pre-amplifier with symmetric structure.After taking various noise sources of pre-circuits into consideration,this design adopts proper components and circuit design to remove most noise.Experiments demonstrated that this circuit improved the sensitivity of measurement system.This new circuit has been applied successfully to photoelectric conversion circuit in optical-power signal system.
