针对高射频武器系统射频和初速测试方案的电路设计 被引量:3

摘要 针对高射频武器射速高、弹幕密集的特点,设计了以光电转换原理为基础的高射频武器射频和速度测量系统。电路硬件以DSP+CPLD的数据采集和处理模块为核心,在简化了电路的同时,使测试系统实现了较快速的数据处理能力、快速中断响应能力。系统采用USB存储模块和RS232转CAN接口的通信模块完成采集数据的保存和实时传输,增强了系统的可靠性。本文给出了测试方案的电路硬件设计框图和软件流程图,并就其原理进行了说明。实验表明该测试系统可以完成对高射频武器连发弹丸坐标及速度的测试,对多管速射武器等高射频武器的研制开发具有参考价值。 Aim at the trait of high firing rate and dense barrage with high firing rate projectiles system,designed a system for testing firing rate and velocity of high firing rate projectiles system based on photoelectric conversion.The core of the circuit components is the module of data collection and processing based on DSP+CPLD,at the same time of predigesting the design of circuit,test system realized high speed data processing and high speed interrupt response.system realized the real time data save and data transfer with USB memory module and communicate module of RS-232 to CAN,buildup dependability of the system.This article list the test project' circuit component design configuration software configuration,and then describe the principle of the system.An experiment indicate that the test system can realize the test for firing rate and velocity of high firing rate projectiles system,which have reference value in design for high firing rate projectiles system.
