摘要
介绍了水泥浆密度与流动度自动测量技术的硬件组成、工作原理和软件设计,测量时通过自行设计的水泥浆料斗取样装置并采取电磁铁对料斗底门进行控制,实现了对流入料斗的水泥浆液位进行测量,保证在测量时料斗内水泥浆符合测量要求,单片机系统对传感器的数据采集并通过计算机处理从而实现了对水泥浆进行自动的周期性测量。
The working principle,the constitution of hardware and the design of software of automatic measurement on cement density and fluidity are introduced briefly.Height is measured by the design of a sampling hopper and switching the hopper bottom plate by electromagnetic brake.Cement performance is appraised and grout density and fluidity are measured periodically.
