Detection of YRRM gene in azoospermic and oligozoospermic men

ＹＲＲＭ（ＹｃｈｒｏｍｏｓｏｍｅＲＮＡｒｅｃｏｇｎｉｔｉｏｎｍｏｔｉｆ）为ＡＺＦ（无精子因子）的重要候选成分。应用ＰＣＲ方法检测了５０例正常男子、２３６例无精子症和８２例严重少精子症男子基因组ＤＮＡ中的ＹＲＲＭ１和ＹＲＲＭ２基因，发现中国男子无ＹＲＲＭ２基因，２１例无精子症和３例严重少精子症患者有ＹＲＲＭ１的丢失。结果表明，应用该方法检测ＹＲＲＭ１基因片段是切实可行的。

YRRM is one of the the important candidates for azoospermia factor(AZF).PCR was used to analysis YRRM1 and YRRM2 gene in 50 fertile men,236 azoospermic men and 82 oligozoospermic men.The results showed that there was no YRRM2 gene in chinese men.In azoospermic men,tweenty one had the deletion of YRRM1.In oligozoospermic men,three had the deltion of YRRM1.The results indicated that PCR assay can be used in the detection of YRRM1 gene and the method is very useful for clinical diagnosis of azoospermia and oligozoospermia.
