摘要
本试验研究不同铬源和铬水平对注射禽流感疫苗高产蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质及血清生化特性的影响。选用23周龄罗曼褐产蛋鸡189只,产蛋高峰期注射禽流感H5N1灭活疫苗,按2×5因子的完全随机设计随机分为9个处理组,每个处理7个重复,2种铬源为三氯化铬(CrCl3)和吡啶甲酸铬(Cr-Pic),5个添加铬水平为0、0.4、0.8、1.6mg/kg和3.2mg/kg,试验期42d。结果表明:铬源对料蛋比有显著影响,CrCl3组显著低于Cr-Pic组(P<0.10);铬水平对产蛋率、产蛋量、料蛋比、软破蛋率有显著影响(P<0.10)。添加CrCl3和Cr-Pic均可提高注射禽流感疫苗高产蛋鸡产蛋性能和蛋壳质量,若以经济效应计算,以添加0.8mg/kgCrCl3为最佳。
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of chromium sources and levels on the performance,egg quality traits,and serum parameters of laying hens injected with avian influenza vaccine in the peak,and to determine the proper Cr sources and optimum levels in a practical diet for laying hens.Experiment was treated by a 2×5 factorial design with 2 sources of Cr,Cr chloride or Cr picolinate,and five levels of Cr,0,0.4,0.8,1.6,3.2 mg/kg.A total of 189 twentythree weeks old Roman Brown commercial laying hens were randomly allotted to 9 treatments(the same control group was used for the two chromium sources) for 42 d.All of hens were injected the avian influenza vaccine in the laying peak.The results showed that the Cr source affected feed-egg ratio(P〈0.04),the Cr chloride was significantly lower than the Cr picolinate(P〈0.04).The Cr levels affect laying rate(P〈0.05),average egg yield(P〈0.09),feed-egg ratio(P〈0.04),soft and broken egg rate(P〈0.08).The results from this study indicated that supplemental Cr(chloride or picolinate) at levels of 0.8 mg/kg had a good laying performance in laying rate,average egg yield,feed-egg ratio,soft and broken egg rate,If taking into consideration the cost,then supplemental Cr chloride levels of 0.80 mg/kg would be satisfactory for these birds injected with avian influenza vaccine.
